Services for registered Interim Manager

Package "Basic"

As a registered ("Basic") interim manager in the butterflymanager® pool, you receive the following services:

• You can enter your full curriculum vitae (CV). Once the data on your curriculum vitae has been entered into the butterflymanager® pool, we try to find a placement for you as an interim manager with one of our customers (for data protection: see our general terms and conditions). Our role here is to be your "marketing team".
• You can enter your CV in all the languages in which we and our marketing partners support our customers. Currently these are German and English.
• You are prioritised in being able to take part in events put on by butterflymanager® and the  butterflymanager® academy and can often benefit from priority conditions.
• We inform you about current market trends via our butterflyer, the newsletter by butterflymanager®.
• We take over the manning of interim management projects you have acquired over your network but are unable to man yourself. You are entitled to a share of our gross margin (net sales deducted by the fees of the assigned interim managers) of 20%.

The costs of the "Basic" package in the butterflymanager® pool amount to EUR 120 for the first year and EUR 60 for each successive year. Membership in the butterflymanager® pool runs for one year and is extended by one year unless you cancel membership with one month's notice before the end of the term. Cancellation of membership is a simple click of the mouse in our pool portal.

Package "Serviced"

We would also like to welcome you to our "Serviced" service package in the butterflymanager® pool, which as well as the "Basic" services includes the following additional services:

• We enter your CV into our butterflymanager® pool once you have supplied us with your data (paper or electronic form) in the language or your choice. We can also carry out any updates as soon as you supply us with your updated CV.
• You are entitled to special conditions at all events held by butterflymanager® and the butterflymanager® academy.
• We take over the manning of interim management projects you have acquired over your network but are unable to man yourself. You are entitled to a share of our gross margin (net sales deducted by the fees of the assigned interim managers) of 25%.

The costs of the "Serviced" package in the butterflymanager® pool amount to EUR 220 for the first year and EUR 120 for each successive year. Membership in the butterflymanager® pool runs for one year and is extended by one year unless you cancel membership at one month's notice before the end of the term. Cancellation of membership is a simple click of the mouse in our pool portal.

Add-on parcel to the "Serviced" package: We are very happy to enter your CV into the butterflymanager® pool in all the other languages supported by butterflymanager®. To do this, send us your CV in the respective languages and we can incorporate it into the pool. For the incurred time and effort we charge a one-time fee of EUR 80 per language.

Both package are valid only under the rule of our General Terms and Conditions.
