Subsequent to a customer inquiry we create a requirement profile based on the customer's specifications. This serves as basis when searching for you. After analyzing your data and choosing you as the perfect match we will contact you. We can assess your qualification best if you keep your data constantly up to date.

Concerning a particular project we will review technical and systematic as well as individual and cultural aspects which are tailored to the particular situation of the customer.

In case you are interested in the project and convinced us of your abilities we will compile an "expanded CV" from our knowledge management system which will be sent to our customer.

The customer selects the candidates he/she would like to meet personally. Before you get to know each other we will conclude a transparent agreement on presentation about topics as confidentiality, expense accounts and Non-Circumventure. Normally one of our consultants will accompany you to the interview.
