Project procedure

How you co-operate with us

Start of the project

Are you realizing the necessity of a Interim Manager in your company? Then we look forward to you contacting us. In the early stages we set high value on comprehending the overall situation in your company. It is important that we get an impression of your goals and tasks as well as of the surroundings of the temporary position. We propose to do that in the course of a personal conversation or via telephone. In addition we will define together the criteria your Interim Manager should meet.

With reference to these specifications we will then create a requirement profile which you should countersign via fax/e-mail. With it we would like to make sure that we got all the information right.

Assessing the candidates

Based on the jointly completed requirement profile we will scan our pool consisting of over 3.500 Interim Managers and select three to five matching candidates. They will be introduced to you with a complete vita, however anonymized.

From these CVs you will chose one to three candidates that you would like to meet personally. We will arrange the interview according to your wishes. As a rule one of our consultants attends the interview on location. Thereby details for defining the contract can be discussed directly.

Until this point no costs will arise for our services. An exception are the traveling expenses of the candidates which you should repay after mutual agreement.

Conclusion of contract

Once you found the perfect Interim Manager we will conclude a contract about his/her service. He or she is also connected with us via contract. This structure secures a handling/processing of all contractual and financial issues as simple and safe as possible.

Shadow management

During the project our project consultant is available for contact for you and the Interim Manager. We regularly hold conversations with you and the Interim Manager to review the quality of the collaboration so potential problems can be detected and counteracted early. Furthermore this is how we guarantee the qualitiy of our service in the long run.
