When you call, we will meet with you to develop the required profile of the manager you need and discuss parameters of the engagement (i.e. goals, duration, cost, etc.).

Upon your ‚go-ahead', we will start searching our pool of candidates for suitable individuals and start the first round of selection. Our well managed pool contains hundreds of highly qualified Interim Managers. This enables us to present you with a selection of candidates, who will meet your requirements. You decide, who you want to meet for a personal interview and obviously who you wish to select for the role.

Once all of the parameters for the engagement have been defined and you have decided for your Interim Manager of choice, you will sign a service contract with us, and if necessary a separate contract with your Interim Manager if executive responsibilities, liabilities or other legal matters must be specified.

You will not incur any cost before the start of the project. Our Interim Managers work based on daily rates, transparent and predictable. During the entire engagement your contact at butterflymanager will be available to you as well as to the Interim Manager. This ensures continuity, reliability and quality for all parties involved.
